The 135.01ft /41.15m Custom motor yacht ‘POLLY’ was built in 2007 by Alloy Yachts and last refitted in 2012. This luxury vessel’s sophisticated exterior design and engineering are the work of Dubois.Previously named Como her luxurious interior was designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon and her exterior styling is by Dubois.

Polly’s interior layout sleeps up to 9 guests in 5 staterooms, including a master suite, 2 double cabins, 2 twin cabins and 1 pullman bed. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Timeless styling, beautiful furnishings and sumptuous seating feature throughout her living areas to create an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

Polly’s impressive leisure and entertainment facilities make her the ideal charter yacht for socialising and entertaining with family and friends.

Built with aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she features an ultra-modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion effect and ensure the ultimate comfort throughout your charter vacation. With a cruising speed of 15 knots, a maximum speed of 18 knots and a range of 4500nm from her 36000litre fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury.

Luke Hammond – Captain (Australia)
Originally from the Southern Hemisphere, Luke’s hails from a fantastic fast paced hospitality background in large venue establishments in Sydney, Australia.  Since 2004, Luke has worked professionally primarily in the charter market on some amazing yachts such as Dream, Amadeus, Mustique & Skat that have varied cruising itineraries, including but not limited to: Alaska Caribbean, Bahamas, Baltic & Mediterranean.  Those cruising experiences are those that Luke is able to pass onto the guests of Polly. With fantastic cruising knowledge and a great hospitality background Luke will make sure that you have a safe, fun and memorable time onboard.

Samantha Curley – Chief Stewardess (UK)                                                                  
Samantha is originally from a small fishing village in Cornwall. Growing up by the sea, and having family members in the yachting industry, it was only a matter of time before Sam got into yachting.  With a thirst to travel the world, meet new people and experience places the world has to offer, Sam had her first taste of yachting at the spritely age of 17.  Sam has since worked back in the UK, however found herself back on the sea shortly there after! With a love of all the creative and hospitality aspects of being a Chief Stewardess, you will be rest assured that Sam will make your trip one to remember!

Nic Waldert- Chef (Austria)
Nic is an Austrian born, classically culinary trained chef, with over 10 years of experience in the super yacht industry and an extensive Restaurant back round.  Nic likes to incorporate influences of regions and restaurants he has worked at over the past, from Mediterranean, classic European, central and north America to Caribbean flavors including Asian influences and sushi, while focusing on fresh, local products and healthy cooking techniques.  His focus on satisfying individual culinary preferences and the ability to adapt to the situation will not leave you short of a pleasant experience onboard.

Bryan Kattenburg – Mate (USA)
Bryan was born in San Francisco, California and grew up across the Bay Bridge in the beautiful Eastbay. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Small Business from Arizona State University, Bryan joined the yachting industry.  When Bryan is not working hard keeping the Yacht looking pristine, he enjoys water sports, obtaining new knowledge, exercising, and playing competitive sports. He is also proficient in Spanish and a personal trainer.  Bryan understands that nothing worth having comes easy, so hard work and dedication are important virtues he lives by every day.

Tom Woodcock – Chief Engineer (UK)                                            
Tom grew up in Chester, Northern England. He started his love affair with the ocean at a young age, racing Optimists on his summer holidays in Northern Wales. As he grew, so did the size of the boats and his passion for sailing. After racing professionally in Australia, Tom decided that he should make a career out of yachting and joined his first mega yacht. 7 years later, Tom is happiest in the engine room, and is a natural problem solver. He will ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay, and will keep this beautiful Yacht sailing smoothly. In his free time, you will find Tom playing sports, keeping active, or as a true Brit, cheering on his favorite team, Chelsea. If you are curious about the engineering department, why not join him in the engine room for a tour.

Kiki Mikulic –  2nd Stewardess (Canada)
Kiki has worked in yachting for 3 years on the boats Ecstasea, Avante V and Baraka.  With over 10 years in hospitality and a love for travel, she feels that yachting is a great place to make friends and see the world. Kiki also loves to be in the outdoors. Growing up in Canada has shown her a love for snowboarding, hiking, and yoga. She has also travelled to over 30 countries so far, and is very excited to discover the Caribbean this season.

Michael Hodgson – Deck hand (South Africa)
Michael grew up with a love of sailing, fishing and diving. Living in South Africa, and travelling the Caribbean, Bahamas and Mediterranean, Michael has been lucky enough to experience some of his hobbies in some wonderful parts of the world. Michael joined his first sailing yacht at the age of 18 so has good knowledge on all water sports, fishing and keeping the exterior looking brand new! He loves the sea and is excited to continue his adventure onboard Polly.

M/Y POLLY has a crew of 7 who have been brought together for their “can do” attitude and their genuine enthusiasm for assuring that guests have a memorable experience onboard. They have a high sense of responsibility and safety awareness and participate in ongoing training programs aboard the yacht. The varied cultures and backgrounds of the crew have resulted in a dedicated team who provide a exciting and friendly atmosphere. The crew of M/Y POLLY look forward to welcoming you onboard.
